Delivery

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order.

Local orders must be received before 1 pm to insure same day delivery. Our floral design studio will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day but we cannot guarantee it.

Flowers will not be delivered until we have made contact with the recipient to assure they will be home or at work to accept delivery. We do not advise the recipient in advance who is sending the flowers. Please be sure the recipient is not out of town or unavailable to receive the delivery. Once we make the arrangement and /or attempt delivery we cannot cancel the order. In the event you do not wish us to contact the recipient you would do so at the risk of paying an additional delivery fee if the flowers are undeliverable at first attempt and you wish us to try again. Flowers will not be left on doorsteps without the recipient’s prior knowledge and instructions.

Local deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday.

Occasionally we may be able to deliver on a Sunday or Monday. However this would require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice and would also require a phone call to make arrangements. It cannot be ordered online.

Payments

Flower Artisan Floral DesignStudio accepts Visa, MasterCard and INTERAC for online orders. For customers shopping in person at our studio we will also accept cash. Wedding arrangements can be paid by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
