Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to availability of flowers at certain times of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, colour scheme, and theme of the arrangement using flowers of equal value.

Additionally the substitution of certain keepsake containers may be necessary. This will be done using containers of equal value and as close as possible in appearance. In single flower arrangements such as an all rose bouquet we will make every effort to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour if necessary.
